Personally I find Oscars as shitty as any other "prestigious" awards ceremony. When you see films like "The Assassination of Jesse James by the coward Robert Ford" ignored so much (not a single oscar and not even a soundtrack nominee) then you gotta wonder who is friends with who instead of which film is actually better.

Anyways, I don't bother with nominations, I'll list the winners (my guesses anyway).

Best pic: Lincoln
Best actor: Leo DiCaprio (how in the name of God is he still oscarless?)
Best actress: Anne Hathaway [Les Miserables] (the only problem might be her lack of screen time)
Best supporting actor: Phillip Seymour Hoffman
Best supporting actress: Judi Dench
Best Director: Ang Lee
Best animated Feature: (not gonna guess since I haven't watched a single animated film this year).

I dunno if you noticed, but sometimes actors win oscars in advance or as an apology for robbing the man years ago (leaving the fella oscarless for inspiring performance).

P.S. As I said, these are my guesses (that the Academy will pick), personally I would list things differently if I were to give the Oscars.

Thanks for posting! Every year I watch all movies that are nominated for the major awards.

IMO
Tree of life should've swept the awards last year
127 hours should've won everything the year before that (Not King's speech)
Up in the air was way better than the Hurt locker (that was a weak year)

If anyone happens to agree with me I'd love to hear what you favorite movie was last year!
