Gordon-Levitt? He's one of the best young actors in Hollywood right now. He's been on a roll.

Concerning Robin, I mean like in the Brando/Pacino/Olivier sense. Nobody ever puts him up that high. He has some stinkers but some really good ones too. Ironically, the past decade or so his comedies have mostly sucked while some of his dramtic performances have been very good.

Never was a big fan of Robin Williams' comedy movies but some of his serious movies like Good Will Hunting were amazing.

The Oscars serve as a barometer for who’s overrated.

Haven't seen that but he was great in The Fisher King. People seem to gloss over that film. Was going to bring up Dead Poets Society but I don't know how others feel about that.
As for overrated, I'll probably go with Michael Cera. I like him, but typecasting has severely hurt him where people tired of his awkward, geeky characters barring Arrested Development, Superbad, Juno (and for me personally Nick and Norah, Scott Pilgrim, and to a lesser extent Youth in Revolt). He needs to be adventurous with his role selecting. I'll also put Seth Rogen too, though I somewhat tolerate him.
I'm not well versed with the work of bigger stars like Pacino and such, so my input is limited.

I’d say anyone who has clue. Tarkovsky has been nominated how many times? Fassbinder? Dreyer? Pasolini? Tarr? Herzog? Lubitsch? Bergman has won how many? Kurosawa? Fellini? Luc-Godard? Bunuel? Leone? How about Chaplin for either acting or directing? Hitchcock? Okay, Okay, let’s try the Americans; the great Stanley Kubrick has won one AA! He won it for best special effects! King Vidor? Orson Welles? Howard Hawks, one nomination! Lumet? Peckinpah? Anthony Mann? Fuller? How about actors? Oldman? How many times has the incomparable Alfred Molina been nominated? Turturro? Kilmer? Harry Sean Stanton? I mean Harry Dean Stanton: Paris, Texas - never nominated! Dustin Hoffman doesn’t win for Midnight Cowboy? Pacino in Dog Day Afternoon? Brando doesn’t even get nominated for Apocalypse Now? Marcello Mastroianni? The legendary Edward G. Robinson? Kinski? Joseph Cotten? Charles Bickford? Quite possibly the greatest actress ever, Liv Ullman, has never won? Barbara Stanwyck nominated 4 times, never won? Hanna Schygulla? Joan Bennett? Let’s see who has won: Tom Hanks 2; Spielberg's resume suggests he is a superior filmmaker to Tarkovsky? Are you kidding me? Other winners include: Jamie Foxx, Nic Cage, John Wayne, Clooney, Cuba Gooding Jr, Mo’Nique, Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Hudson, Sandra Bullock, Natalie Portman, Halle Berry, Reese Witherspoon, Cher. Meryl Steep has 17 nominations? 17! Need I go on?

Bicentenial man, One hour photo, Good will hunting, Patch Adams. Aside from Good Will, I couldnt tell you who the other actors were.
Mine is Heath Ledger, I mean dont get me wrong, his a Perth boy and not many people strike it big and get out of WA like he did and its a good inspiration for me. But cause of his untimely passing youd think he was gods gift and the best thing to happen to Australia since we became a country.

Re: Overrated actors and actresses
^^ Many better Aussie actors no one has even heard of (people like David Ritchie & Kate Raison are resigned to doing commercials). As for the Joker, Gary Oldman would have easily stolen the show.
