Re: Top 15 Best & Top 15 Worst Comic Book Based Movies
Scott Pilgrim was the first movie I actually enjoyed Chris Evans in, thought he was brilliant and probably my favourite Evil X in the movie. Then it was probably the Vegan dude, X No. 3 - Todd, loved that fight scene.
"That's actually hilarious."
Also agree with Sin City being on this list, fantastic movie.

I've actually never seen Sin City. Sounds crazy, right? How did I see most of the films on the bad list like Steel, Tank Girl, & hell, I even saw The Spirit (which does deserve a spot in the bad list(, but I didn't see Sin City. I don't have an explanation for that.
V for Vendetta was good. It didn't leave much of an impression on me beyond just being solid entertainment for two hours. I actually completely forgot about it until I saw your post.
Never seen the ultimate cut of Watchmen, just the theatrical version, which as I said had its disappointments, but was good overall. What did the ultimate cut do differently?

That was actually the same guy who played Superman in Superman Returns. I think his name is Brandon Routh. I hated him in Superman Returns, and then saw how awesome he was in Scott Pilgrim and thought "Huh, maybe it wasn't entirely his fault".

Routh is pretty awesome in Dylan Dog. Bad movie, but a fun guilty pleasure movie.

Routh's cameo in Zack and Miri Make a Porno was also pretty good.

Speaking of Routh, Thomas Jane's cameo in Scott Pilgrim was pretty amazing too.

Re: Top 15 Best & Top 15 Worst Comic Book Based Movies
Not into comics personally, but based purely off the movies that I know are based off of comics, this would be my top 10 off the top of my head...
The Dark Knight
Oldboy
Batman Begins
The Dark Knight Rises
Superman The Movie
Hellboy II
Sin City
History Of Violence
Spiderman 2
Watchmen or Iron Man (I guess, honestly can't think of many more that I actually think are that good)
Probably some really good ones I don't even know are based on comics, I didn't know Oldboy was until Seph said it was a few months ago or something.

Top five best:
1) Dark Knight Rises
2) Dark Knight
3) The Avengers
4) The Amazing Spider-Man
5) Iron Man
And the worst, Ghost Rider. What a fucking dreadful piece of shit that was.
