I hope by "failure characters" they don't mean absolutely amazing characters such as Galadriel, Elrond and Saruman because if they do I am insulted.

Re: The Hobbit Discussion Thread

That was actually a typo. Meant to say "familiar characters.". Not failure. Damn you autocorrect!

Don't blame auto correct for your drinking problems.

But really, once a movie comes out, why wouldn't the discussion thread be full of discussion about the movie? I avoid the Dexter thread once the new show airs until I can watch it, because why wouldn't it be full of people talking about what they just saw?

Call Kenny Loggins. Cause you're in the Danger Zone.

Re: The Hobbit Discussion Thread

^agreed. I think in these types of threads, once the movie (or show) is released or aired, its fair game to talk about the movie/show openly without having to proclaim spoilers. You enter the discussion at your own risk.

Re: The Hobbit Discussion Thread

This movie sucked hard.

Every bit of it annoyed the shit out of me. I can't stand Jackson's "vision". I was sitting there counting the minutes until it ended. After the King Kong debacle and now this I will never, ever sit through another Peter Jackson movie.

Let me guess, you were expecting what was in Lord of the Rings, but improved, right? And never read the book?
