Wolverine to join Days of Future Past
http://m.csmonitor.com/The-Culture/C...of-Future-Past
Dont know if this needed a thread, if not close it. Just think its kinda big if Hugh Jackman reprises his role as Wolverine. Other than Magneto in First Class his cameo was something I enjoyed tremendously. Add to the fact they have the original Xavier and Magneto in Stewart and Ian Mckellen, I think this could be the best X-Men movie so far topping X2 and First Class.

Re: Wolverine to join Days of Future Past
Yeah this has the potential to be pretty interesting. Not sure i'm going to say I think it will be awesome since they could screw it up pretty badly but First Class which I thought looked like shit at first ended up being one of my favorite movies last year.

Re: Wolverine to join Days of Future Past
I'll be happy about this as long as they don't turn it into "wolverine and his amazing friends" like the previous x-men movies. The focus of the story still should be on magneto and xavier(fassbender and mcavoy) like it was in first class. The success of that movie proved that you don't NEED wolverine to have a successful x-men movie.

I loved First Class and I'm very interested in seeing this. Jackman being in this just adds to my excitement.

Re: Wolverine to join Days of Future Past
I enjoyed every single X-Men movie so far. X3 was the worst IMO though. Anyways, the more Wolverine the better

Re: Wolverine to join Days of Future Past
I really like it but I must also put it out there that for me, a Wolverine re-casting would have been pretty interesting too.
Jackman IS Wolverine though. I'm not up with the comic this is based on, is it true Wolverine has a big part in the story?
Also, where would it fit in with the modern era-set films?

Yeah they're planning to use Fassbender, McAvoy, Stewart, & McKellen.

Re: Wolverine to join Days of Future Past
Jackman as Wolverine is great, but is Bryan Singer really directing this again?
Probably unpopular opinion time, but the first two X-Men films are seriously the two most overrated comic book movies I can think of. They're really not very good. I mean, I don't like the Burton Batman movies, but I guess I can kind of see why people do like them, but I can't with the X-Men movies.
Sorry people, it's just how I feel. IT'S JUST HOW I FEEL!
