Fantastically shot, great story. Appropriately over the top in some ways, and loved how it unfolded. Hard to think of using 'tragic' as a word in a movie centered around swordfighting and revenge, but it was.
The scene with the leaves really struck me as amazingly well done.
Call Kenny Loggins. Cause you're in the Danger Zone.
Brilliant film. I could see me liking it even more on multiple viewings. 8/10
Other than Psycho I am not a Hitchcock fan. This has one of the worst endings to a film I've ever seen. 3/10
Silver Linings Playbook
WTF? I watched this not knowing anything about it. What I got was a predictable bag of wank that had a focus on characterisation over plot which is fine except for the small matter of every character in this film being so unlikable. Ever since Shakespeare in love won the best picture film the oscars have been a bit of a joke for me. After I watched this I decided to read the wiki article to read about how much hate this film deservedly got where I discovered it's nominated for best picture award... You've hit a new low oscars. 2/10

Re: What was the last movie you watched?
Pathfinder finally came in the mail and it was sweet. I can imagine multiple action scenes were cut including some that were deemed "a waste" by the studio when it arrived in theatres. Stupid bastards, every scene should count unless it's really unnecessary. Really fantastic film. A lot of reviews I've read said you were given no reasons to care about any of the characters. Bullshit, with a capital "BULLSHIT". I felt for Ghost and his adoptive people. I was on edge every time he was in danger. Again fucking fantastic film. 10/10
A man return from the Civil War to find a widespread zombie epidemic. Really unique take on the zombie genre, though the pacing is a motherfuckah. 7/10
