Re: What was the last movie you watched?

Watched a few movies today.

Looper

From the first moment that I read about this movie, and what it was about: In the future the mob own time traveling and send back targets to be executed - I wanted to watch it. I have to say that it didn't disappoint. JGL did a very good job of trying to look like Bruce Willis. Really enjoyed the Diner part where they pretty much can't stand eachother. And that kid? Well, yeah. Wouldn't fuck with him. Plus Bruce Willis doing his kickass usual self.

8/10.

DREDD

Now, I'm a fan of the Stallone one. Not because it's well made, or acted. But because it's fun entertainment. Now in this I feel they did a better job with the character, and Karl Urban was pretty fucking awesome as him. It had some pretty sweet fight scene, and a lot of gore. Just a shame the bikes look crap.

8/10

The Dictator

Actually watched this with the family and, as usual, my Dad loved it. I thought it was funny but sometimes scenes would go on a little bit to long and just lose the point of it. Yes you already did a joke like that now move on. At least in the end he still kept his characters main attributes.

6/10

Kindergarten Cop

Loved it! Hadn't seen it in years. The extra silliness is ok, because of all the kids, it's to be expected. Lots of humor.

8/10

Call Kenny Loggins. Cause you're in the Danger Zone.

Django Unchained

Awesome movie! Loved it from start to finish. Exciting action scenes, great characters, great dialogue, and an interesting story that made me emotionally invested in the characters, especially with Django. It also had some good humor with it too. All the actors did a fantastic job, but Leonardo DiCaprio and Samuel L. Jackson stood out the most with me. My personal film of the year.

10/10

The Cabin in the Woods

Wild, fun movie. Thought there would be different monsters terrorizing the group of friends throughout, but the awesome "purge" scene made up for that. 9/10

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

The Amazing Spider-Man. I didn't know what to think when a reboot was coming last year so soon from the Sam Raimi? Movies. However, It was very good and I liked The Gwen Stacy character WAY Better than the Spider-man 3 version. One thing that stood out though is that Andrew Garfield Could play Doctor Who if he was British.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

Watched The Hobbit yesterday. It was pretty fucking fantastic, the highlight for me was Gollum. Digitalized little bastard still out-acts the entire cast.
