Take This Waltz (2012)
Really good little flick from this year about a marriage on the rocks. It's got Michelle Williams and Seth Rogan in it. I wasn't sure about it for the first half, Williams' character seemed really annoying, but by the end I really warmed to the characters and the film in general. Rogan is surprisingly really good in a straight role and he provides some of the most emotional scenes imo, Williams has moments of greatness and nearly reaches the level of her Blue Valentine performance. There were maybe two scenes that I really disliked but overall I really enjoyed it. 7.5/10
The Hobbit (2012) before i start, i have never read The Hobbit.
Yeah, it was decent. Martin Freeman is one of the most reliable British actors of today so he was as expected, great. As was the rest of the cast (Humpries & McKellen were brilliant). But, and it's a big but, it drags like a motherucker, nothing happens in the first hour, NOTHING. It does pick up and gets a lot more fun but for a 3 hour film, it feels like it could have been 2-2 1/2 hours long.
All the peril in the film dies off when you see who is in danger and then realise they obviously survive because they are in LOTR, which takes away from the excitement but obviously it's a prequel so there is nothing they could do about it but still.
I saw it in 2D, (the way it should be) and my other mate saw it later in 3D and he said the 3D was not needed and didn't add anything expect a pair of stupid fucking glasses. See this in 2D.

Been meaning to see this.
Anyways last movie I saw was some small indy Sci-Fi flick called Star Wars: Return of The Jedi. Pretty complicated movie so won't bore anyone with the plot.

Tsai Ming Liang is one of the most creepy and crazy men in the world xD. I rewatched the movie without remembering too much about it and is the usual. Tsai bossing it, long takes and tons of freaks around.
Awesome Movie, but a level below The Hole, Viva'l Amour and Goodbye Dragon-Inn.
