In my opinion, Batman would definitely win. He's so meticulous he probably would have a kryptonite batsuit hidden away just in case. He'd just put it on and kick Superman in the nuts until he gave up. If that wasn't an option he would outsmart him 1,000,000 other ways

Justice League Doom proved to us that Batman could take out the entire Justice League. All of them.
But if Superman just so happened to fly really fast, turning back time to before Bruce's parents were killed, then Superman wins.

I think JL Doom proved that anyone can take out anyone, not just Batman. I'm sure the Justice League is able to take out Batman if they must (and they have, how else did they wipe his memory?)

based solely on the WB cartoon since I never read the comics, Batman. He stacks up on Kryptonite just incase Superman betrays him. and I think he could puncture the anti-kryptonite suit Superman wears.

I'm going to stay out of this because I know this topic could easily get me heated when it shouldn't be that serious. I will say this. I hate how some people argue that Superman sucks and is boring because he's overpowered and is unbeatable, and then go on to state that Batman always win and with enough prep time he can beat anyone or anything. I guess it's okay to write a character as if he has super powers and is unbeatable as long as people roll with the notion that this character has no powers.
