Saw it earlier today, was ok but nothing amazing, similar feelings towards the first one (was ok, but nowhere nears as good as some people made it out to be).

Why did they make a sequel to this movie anyways? Was it necessary? This was a movie that I thought didn't need a sequel. So I'm not shocked if it bombs.

Taken is just like Sex & The City. The first one was a masterpiece. Its sequel was a soulless cash-in.

A movie like Taken should never have a sequel , imagine if they made 4 or 5 movies how stupid it will be , the daughter , the father , the mother , the grandmother ,the grandfather all kidnapped movie after movie or maybe they should change the family .
