It's still a great show but like I said, seems like there is a lot of filler these days.

What? This season has easily been the most active. And this episode wasn't filler at all. It didn't have much action but it had needed plot parts and a building episode for the mid season finale.

So you'd rather her injure him and have him bleed out in pain then a quick death?

All hail to Ulfric you are the High King

And when Sovngarde beckons everyone of us dies

We drink to our youth to the days come and gone
For the age of oppression is now nearly done

Re: The Walking Dead Season 3 discussion thread

Glen was pretty amazing in this episode. Every scene with him/Merle was great. The episode as a whole was a really good set-up for the mid-season finale.

I sometimes wonder if people know what the word, "filler" really means.

Like I said, I've missed a few episodes including half of this one. So I'm aware that my opinion isn't based on much atm, but it's just from what I've seen so far. The best episode so far this season was when Lori and T Dog died.

I'm going to have to rewatch the whole season when it's available but so far, it's just meh. Hopefully the second half of the season is better like the second half of season 2 was better than the first half.

I was wondering the same, is it really possible to make filler episodes for a series who's essentialy a re-write of the original story (comics)?

Re: The Walking Dead Season 3 discussion thread

Ok maybe filler was the wrong word. All I was trying to say is the show just seems bland to me this season. That's all.

Re: The Walking Dead Season 3 discussion thread

Bland is one of the last adjectives I'd use to describe season 3 of The Walking Dead.
