Jabs and flu vaccinations wont be available and it will probably die because of this. Adding to the splattering of dead rotten flesh and blood, the baby and frankly all the characters would be ill constantly.

Ricks reaction seemed perfectly acceptable to me. How do you mix the loss of your partner with the surprise presentation of her child? A lot of people would probably just shut down completely, especially after being in a fight or die rescue situation. If he sat down and started rocking back and forth, I would believe that too.

Couldn't help but at Rick's reaction to Lori's death. I don't know if I'd necessary say it was bad acting, but it got nothing but laughs from me. Lori's death itself on the other hand was pretty powerful and somehow got to me a little even though I hated her in every scene she's been in prior to that one. Carl is a fucking badass. Enough said.

Lori was going to die regardless, it's not like Maggie could've just plugged her up and left the baby in there, the only other thing that could have happened would have been wait it out a bit longer until the baby died (it was already unconscious) and came back and then it would have killed her from the inside...
Btw, if that's just a random mid season episode... The season finale is going to have to be epic to beat it.
The best part about the baby is it's an endless source of plothooks. Baby cries, walkers appear from nowhere. Baby needs food, only store in town in filled with walkers. Baby needs medicine, hospital is overrun. Baby needs one of those fucking jumper things, Walmart is filled with horribly dressed walkers. It could work for quite a long time.
