I always knew Merle was coming back one Day! Really Awesome so far, and that just after 3 Episodes! Is it gonna be 13 Episodes again this Season?

16 episodes this season. Has been fantastic so far, can't wait for the next episode.

So yeah, fascinating episode. The slow build of unease to dread to wtf levels of insanity was pretty well done. Wasn't sure how fast they'd reveal the Governor as a total fucking psycho, but it didn't take long.
Also, I loved his "Never" to Andrea. Pretty chilling stuff thinking back to it after seeing the end.

Another awesome episode . The Rick/Gov confrontation will be 
A small annoyance was that they recapped the Merle stuff at the start of the episode kinda took away the surprise of his return since it was obvious from the point they showed that video.
