Finally caught up on this show. Amazing stuff. I can't believe they keep the pace that they have been this season.

Strange to see that there is no activity in this thread. Is no one watching this show?

The last 2 episodes have brought the excitement level down. Brody is cracking under all the stress and that isn't going to help. Didn't like the Saul/Aileen plot all that much. It showed that they are leaving no stone unturned but I could have done without it. The ending didn't have the kick of the previous episodes. Dana getting mad at Brody doesn't seem as important after the mind blowing episodes they had at the beginning.

They've brought it with every episode so far this season. The pace obviously had to slow down after the first few episodes otherwise there would be nothing left to do. Loving the slow build to the next terrorist act and the character development. This thread needs more people talking about awesome Mandy Patinkin is in this. Danes and Lewis deserve all the hype for the show but fuck he's every bit as great in it. Thought he killed it in every scene in that last episode. Loved the Aileen sub plot for the episode. It's amazing how much sympathy they can get you to feel for two confessed terrorists in her and Brody. Love the irony too of Brody feeling the CIA is pissing him about after he just confessed to being a terrorist. Quinn's growing on me a lot too.

I could do without the Brody's daughter crap but obviously it's going to be integral to the plot. They wouldn't spend so much time boring me to sleep with it if it weren't. Major payoff incoming.

Best scene was the terrorist raid on the investigation at the tailor's shop. Shit was intense. Those guns really should've been silenced, but it was far more dramatic and shocking without silencers so I'm cool with it.

Other than that, yeah standard Homeland fair. Amazing acting by the entire cast with great intrigue...save Brody's daughter. Dear god it's dull even when it's supposed to be tense.

i tend to agree with her boyfriend anyway. yeah this might sound really fucked up, but the lady is dead. what the fuck is going to the police really gonna do? other than ruin her parents lives. i get why she feels bad, but it's not really her fault. she wasn't driving. she should just shut the fuck up.

she's a good actress though. was also becoming my favorite character until this storyline.

Yeah I kind of agreed with Walden had to tell Brody. No reason to put their future in the White House in jeopardy because of a mistake 2 idiotic teenagers made. I imagine Jess will blow up on Brody next episode, even tho she knows that he is working for the fucking CIA and doesn't need the added stress.

Don't really think the girl playing Dana is that good of an actress to be honest. She did well in the finale last season but hasn't really impressed me much this year. Mandy Patinkin knocks it out of the park in every episode tho. Man deserves a lot of praise.

This was pretty decent for a 'setup' episode. Jess really needs to dial it back tho, dude's a recently traumatized guy that's openly working with the CIA, and in the running for a shot at the Vice Presidency. She should be doing whatever the shit he needs and/or wants, and supporting him in every way. I mean fuck, really?

Got two episodes to catch up on with the weekend I have home, plan on doing it tonight. After reading the past few pages of this thread I've got my hopes up.

Cannot stand Jess or Mike.

Mike is such a thick meathead.

I must be the only one who really dislikes brody's daughter aswell.
