If sexual drawings are all you want from a comic book; read Grimm Fairy Tales.
I hope you've read Criminal, Sleeper, and Incognito (all by Ed Brubaker) already, but if not, they fit your criteria. They are fantastic and much better than Sin City.
There's also one of my favorite comics ever, Fell. Its written by Warren Ellis and drawn by Ben Templesmith. Sadly it only went 8 or so issues before going on hiatus for the past several years. Its about a detective who is reassigned to a shitty part of town and becomes a big fish in a small pond.
Other stuff that falls into superhero comics but still fit your criteria: Daredevil by Bendis, Daredevil by Brubaker, Gotham Central by Brubaker, The Dark Knight Returns by Frank Miller, Batman: Year One by Frank Miller, and Powers by Bendis.
