Re: Comics and Graphic Novels Vol. 2

why would they

i mean like you said, marvel made it their own

Re: Comics and Graphic Novels Vol. 2

knowing DC, that probably happened

at some point

DC's thor in sandman was a giant jackass

JMS's first two Volumes of spidey are really really good

Such an interesting and fun run. Dialogue is pretty hilarious. And the character moments between Pete and MJ are genuinely amazing

And all it really does is make me angrier and angrier over what joe did

I know

I made sure to stop at 2

That meta commentary on Lobster man was great

also that part where spidey webs a barrier from him and the flight attendant

so cute

Probably a copyright on everything that doesn't have to do with the Norse Mythology, so everything up to his banishment to Earth, DC can use.

Re: Comics and Graphic Novels Vol. 2

he knows how to draw action

funnily enough, first issue of spider-man I ever read was by JrJr and JMS, around the time it was first released

its the one where spidey confronts digger and beats him to death

Re: Comics and Graphic Novels Vol. 2

if you picked up a spiderman comic between 1996 and 2004 chances are john romita jr drew it

he drew a spiderman book a month in some form for 8 years in a row

unfortunately half of them were shitty howard mackie comics
