Re: Comics and Graphic Novels Vol. 2

God, Thanos rising was terrible. Horrible idea to base the book around Thanos's childhood and build a sympathetic origin story.

Close to finishing Walking Dead, this book is so much different than the show. Just witnessed the death of one of the core survivors from the show.

Re: Comics and Graphic Novels Vol. 2

Thanos Rising was....... weird

Why did Thanos need an origin anyways?

And yes, Justice League on Netflix (along with batman Beyond, Brave and the Bold and Green Lantern) is EPIC

Which issue? Shane? Lori? Carl? Tony? Glenn? Michonne? Bruce? Rick? Which death are you talking about?

Im reading Compendium 1, and Carol just got herself attacked by the walker they had tied up. She is completely different than what I see on the show.

So Tony Stark and Bruce Wayne are still alive? You're not very far.

Re: Comics and Graphic Novels Vol. 2

Just started reading comics a few months ago, with the new 52 series. Just buying a few collection books at a time. Started with the DA comics though (huge fanboy) and then jumped into the DC universe stuff. So far only got JL volume 1 due to it's 6 years prior thing, and then Red Hood and the Outlaws which I fucking loved.

Also saw one of my favorite people of all time Brian Posehn was cowriting the new deadpools so might check them out too. Anyway anyone have any other recommendations for a noobie like me?
