If you're saying Fraction is writing Wolverine out of character, then you haven't read it and don't get what is going on in it. You don't read anything new anyways so I'll leave it at that.

nah ive been reading hawkeye and it is a great book i was simply saying that he was out of character in that one panel and i was right

i dont like the hulk and ive never been able to enjoy even the best runs. i read 40 or so issues of peter david and still couldnt get into it

It's ok Sin City: A Dame to Kill For has started or will start filming soon.

That old Wolverine limited has one of the best fight scenes ever.
