Re: Comics and Graphic Novels Vol. 2

Just watched Under the Red Hood with my nephew. Pretty good film I gotta say.

My nephew kept asking if Joker was a fake Joker cause he didn't sound like Joker. Proud.

Just read ASM #700. Worst than I thought it would be. So fucking depressed right now. I don't like death threats, but I can understand someone sending one as a hyperbole in a heat of passion.
Dan Slott is a hack and his run is mediocre.

I give it a year at the most. Spidey returns to his old body, Doc Ock gets a new one and everything returns to semi-normal until the next time.

I give it 2-3 years. 1 year seems to short and I'm sure Slott and the editors want to explore and tell as many stories as possible with this new status quo. It still pisses me off that I won't be reading Spider-Man books for the foreseeable future. I haven't cared much for Spider for 2 years now and I'm probably not going to care for a few more years.

Nothing. To be honest, I'm more of a comic analyst who reads about the stories online. Lack of updated comics in libraries, and cherish of money lead me to this

So you've read nothing? I'm confused. So how was this a terrible year?
