Daredevil continues to be one of Marvel's best series. Great work by Waid.
Liked both Ultimate books though the art on Ultimate X-Men was really bad.

Just read ASM 698. W....T....F... Whenever Peter Parker gets switched I get bad memories of the Clone Saga. This could be a disaster. I really don't like it when these guys think they're so clever with these twists. I'm going to give Superior Spider-Man a chance, but I just wanna see Peter Parker. I stopped with Ultimate because Peter was killed. All of those years of me being invested in Peter's story, his struggles for nothing. There's some things that should never change in my opinion. Optimus is leader of the autobots, Wolverine still being an asshole, and Peter Parker being Spider-Man. Even though Peter Parker is obviously going to come back, when they do bring him back it's going to be some kind of silly convoluted mess that goes far beyond my suspension of disbelief. That's just my two cents.

I don't mind the Ultimate switch. I like Miles very much. I'm more sad that the supporting cast as in MJ, Gwen and May have stopped appearing. I think people are too afraid of change in comics. That's what frustrates me. I don't mind seeing characters grow or new characters replacing others. Bucky made a great Captain America for awhile, Grayson was a fun Batman for awhile. It can work. I don't want to see regular Peter being replaced by Octavius but I don't mind Ultimate Peter Parker dying. There are storys to tell. I just don't like this rush to switch back to status quo.
Also read Justice League #14, Batman is such a voyeur.

As a black male myself, when I was younger wanted to see a black spider-man so badly. Never thought it would happen but it did. Fuck me man I regret it lol but I'm gonna give it another shot. The thing that annoys me is he's 12.
