Re: General Movie Discussion Part II
Just seen The Big Lebowski too. Damn that film had me laughing out loud the entire way through. Didn't really understand the plot, don't think there is supposed to be much of a plot other than two crazy dudes running around doing crazy shit, but I laughed my ass off.

Re: General Movie Discussion Part II
The plot is The Dude was in the wrong place at the wrong time...for having the wrong same name.
Favorite movie ever. Well, at least one of them.

Re: General Movie Discussion Part II
My favorite movie of all time.
- "Shut the fuck up Donnie, you're out of element!"
- "New shit has come to light, man..."
- "Fuck it, Dude, let's go bowlin!"

"What do you do for recreation?"
"Oh, the usual. I bowl. Drive around. The occasional acid flashback."
nearly every line is worth a quote.

Yeah, seriously the funniest dialogue in any movie I think.
Also, I fucking love when The Dude trips over his own door stop he made.

Hahaha. That doorstop that doesn't even stop the door since it opens outwardly instead of inwards. Even the little things are gold.

Re: General Movie Discussion Part II
The plot of the Big Lebowski isn't that confusing if you pay attention. Its pretty random though but thats to throw you off from whats really going on.

No Woodbury 10 today. $4 for the win. Although ironically my buddy invited me to Rosedale to see that movie last night but I couldn't have made it in time.
I liked Skyfall, but not as much as Casino Royale, Goldfinger or From Russia which is still my favorite Bond flick.
Edit: Avengers was fucking awesome Cody. Perfect summer action flick. Get the fuck out of here.

Re: General Movie Discussion Part II
laughing just thinking about it. I've seen that so many times and I want to watch it again now. I swear when I'm that old I want to live and look just like Jeff Bridges in that movie. I laugh every time he starts writing a check out for 69p at the start to pay for milk.
Should have gone to see Argo McQueen . I'm watching Skyfall tomorrow night, disappointed people are saying it's not as good as Casino Royale.

Re: General Movie Discussion Part II
Only part that lost me on Lebowski upon my first watch was the stuff w/Larry Sellers & his involvement w/Dude's car. I didn't know what the point of that was till the second go around.
I plan to be as chill as Dude & drink white russians constantly when I hit that time of my life.
Queeny, go look at my Bond movie list via the thread. You'll probably want to punch me once you notice something.
(Rush already does )
