Really was one of the "cooler" films from this year, imo. Simply because it was so original. TKOK is dead on about the climax. Best part of the movie.

Martha Marcy May Marlene was a really creepy movie but in a good way. I found it somewhat sinister at times but was captivated throughout the film. Some really good performances to be fair.

Unless Rodriguez has stopped giving Rose McGowen the D, I think Vega is safe.

That didn't last long. So much for divorcing his longtime wife to be with her for a short while. Conveniently enough, Vega divorced her husband earlier this year. Coincidence?

Shit, I remember Vega in Spy Kids now. She must have only been like 14 or something in that?

Just finished watching The Savages, a great little overlooked film from '07. Granted it's not as good as other stuff from that year like No Country, Jesse James, There Will Be Blood and Into The Wild, but it was still great. Basically about a Brother and Sister trying to deal with their dying father who they've not seen for years. Phillip Seymour Hoffman has to be one of the best actors in the entire world, I can't think of anyone else that can generate as much sympathy as he does with just one glance or one mannerism. Incredible actor. Pretty funny in parts and quite sad. Glad I watched it.

Yeah, believe she was 13 in the first. Pic blows your mind when you look back at the original 3 Spy Kid flicks.

like I said though, already attractive when Repo: TGO came out. (cheap plug since I <3 that film)

Watched Hobo With a Shotgun. Was Awesome. my favorite part had to be when the pimp tried to kiss the hooker and the Hobo pointed the gun at him and said to the hooker "You go kiss someone you love" then looked at the pimp and said "You,you're fucked. and blew his head off.
