Partially, Jamie Lee Curtis heavily enjoyed her work on 1, 2 and H20, thought they were a damn good trilogy... then Moustapha Akkad did what he's famous for and decided to make himself some more MONEY even thought he'd made a great amount of money from H20 and had brought back Jamie Lee Curtis after 16 years with the sole purpose of wrapping up the series, Jamie Lee signed on only because of the money offered and only if she could sign a contract which stated she would do no more Halloween films, she assumed that meant staying on for at least half the movie or so but Akkad being Akkad (A cunt) decided to kill her off that quickly.

So no, it's not just that.

H20 is a damn good horror flick, some awesome direction in that film. Even with Josh Harnett in a lead role it's consistently tense and interesting with some really nice set pieces.

I didn't care for The Amazing Spiderman, I really only cared for Parker/Stacy relationship. The action and story of the film felt pretty meh. I am curious of who will play Osbourne and how the will handle killing off Gwen Stacy.
