I'm pretty stoked by this as well. I am a gaga fan as well, hurry the fuck up Artpop, and am looking forward to this. not expecting much, but every once in a while a music songstress goes great.

Re: General Movie Discussion Part II

She has prior acting experience growing up, so something can be there. I mean with all of her theatrics she does for her concerts too? I like to think this can work out. She has that "movie star" aura about her, imo. Granted she's larger than life in all aspects as is.

That hair do reminds of the Telephone music video.

Good call. That golden yellow color in tow too.

Wonder if her name implies she's gonna have constant appearance changes throughout the film.

She'll probably fuck Trejo, cause he'll everything with a vagina in that movie. just like he almost did in the first.

I was pushing for a Lady Gaga sex scene already. You pointed out how logical one would be now.

She gets nude for art. Films are art. It works.

Re: General Movie Discussion Part II

more like Johnny 1..

Edit: Machete sequel needs to hurry up already, first one was just pure hilarious for all the right reasons and was a blast to sit through. As a movie which you can just sit back and watch ridiculous action, tits and Danny Trejo being a boss there aren't much better.

Gaga being it is really interesting as well.

Speaking of that style of film, is Hobo with a Shotgun worth viewing? Had it ready to watch for ages now but never got around to it.

^^I liked Hobo. A stupid film but really fun too. If you enjoyed machete, you'll probably enjoy it well enough

I thought it was crap and I was really disappointed with it. It had all the ingredients to be wonderful but just didn't work for me. It's been a while since I saw it so my memory of it is a bit hazy now, plus I had really high expectations of it, so it's possible there are plenty of people who would love it, like poster above. But I didn't. I felt robbed. I wanted them to go back and make it again.

It shouldn't be compared to Machete. Machete was a masterclass in that kind of film-making, Hobo was what the kids messing about at the back of the film class and not paying attention would have made.
