Re: General Movie Discussion Part II

lol nah, Skyfall, that's not the reason I'll be seeing it. It's incentive for me to see it but not the reason. Contrary to popular belief I do watch movies without my girl in it.

Re: General Movie Discussion Part II

Watched North By Northwest tonight. Fucking glorious film. That final set piece! Cary Grant was fantastic, score was amazing, the story was amazing, everything was just pure class. Think I even liked it more than Vertigo, wouldn't say it's better, but I'd have to re-watch Vertigo in order to say. Either way both are amazing pieces of cinema and top 10 of all time for me. Vertigo impressed me more technically, but I think NBNW was more enjoyable overall, and I prefer Grant over Stewart. Wouldn't argue with anyone for arguing either film though.

Re: General Movie Discussion Part II

just watched Here comes the boom last night, it was a pretty funny movie that ended up with a good ending, only thing that bothered me it made ufc Fans like crazy, you could tell it was a staged crowd, but still. good movie tho kevin james played the lead role well.
