Re: General Movie Discussion Part II

Watched 'The Matrix' for the first time today. I've been planning to see it forever but just got around to it.

Brilliant stuff, i loved the philosophy of it, the soundtrack and action sequences. Hell Reeves was good too. Planning to see the sequels this week, although i'm a bit less excited about watching those.

Interested to see what the Wachowski brothers do with Cloud Atlas. Have a feeling its gonna be a bit of a mess

EDIT: Dredd at 100% after 33 reviews...didn't see that coming

Re: General Movie Discussion Part II

... my friend sent me this, I know it isn't very on topic but I laughed hard.

I just watched a film where a mans wife was murdered by a serial killer and his son is left physically disabled. In a twisted turn of events the son is kidnapped and he has to chase the kidnapper with the help of a mentally disabled woman.

It's called finding nemo I think.

^ lol

After seeing Leon, I'm left with this odd craving for milk. Go tell. Enjoying a cold glassful as I write this. Good film.

Thanks for volunteering your opinion on the matter.

Don't let anyone poison you on the following films prior to seeing them. It's definitely worth the time.

Re: General Movie Discussion Part II

I just watched the Dark Knight Returns an animated film based on Frank Millers graphic novel by the same name. The film was very good it was first part and I am eagerly anticipating the second half.

Just saw it today also. Honestly the Batman animated movies have to be the greatest of all time. Not one bad film has been released so far, all high quality. This is as good as they get too, and the ending made me really excited for part 2.

Re: General Movie Discussion Part II

Might not have been able to interview him (damn publicist screwed me again), but I did get to shake Ben Affleck's hand prior to his Q&A after last night's screening of Argo.
