Finally got around watching Adaptation. Fucking brilliant. Those films that just take you by the brain and refuse to let go. The cast as a whole was incredible, but Cage absolutely nailed it as the brothers. Two of the funniest characters ever written (or to exist, whichever I guess).

Already want to watch it again.

I believe the husband turned himself into the cops after that, and the restaurant manager sued someone and got money out of it. She got away really light with it, and she's probably the biggest moron in the whole situation. You wonder why the people in the film did what they did, but its true.
well if that is the case, then I guess I was just frustrated with how stupid the people were to just go along with it. I couldn't enjoy the movie though because it was so unbelievable (even though it was true).

Yeah dude, great freaking movie. I was surprised because I can't stand Nicholas Cage. He is only good when he plays a crazy guy though, so it fit him well. If you liked cage in that, check out the Nicholas Cage version "The Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call - New Orleans ". he is crazy good in that.

Yeah I've seen Bad Liutenant (both, though they differ alot), but have had the itch to see it again as it's been a while. I'm actually a huge Cage fan, for a number of reasons, but I admit he can be a big-time hit or a miss. I just can't help loving the guy and telling the haters to go choke on horse dick (you're excused, Sky).

About to rewatch Love Exposure for the first time on Blu Ray this night.

Although it wont kill me like it did at the first time, I'm pumped as hell.
Le is still the best thing ever made. If you think diverse, Yoko chan has this for ya:

Perhaps, but in that huge pile of shit, 28 Weeks Later is the shining kernel of corn that stands out from the surrounding fecal terrain.

I watched The Possession yesterday. It was better than the last horror movie Raimi was involved with. It used a relgion other than Christanity and has a place of origin for the demon, which were nice touches, but it was a typical demonic possession movie, which is a genre that needs to die. The families veganism was both annoyingly forced and was never touched upon after the first 45 mins or so, so it was pointless as hell.

It isn't the worst horror movie or the worst movie I've seen this year, that honor goes to The Devil Inside, which is also a possession movie and a lost footage film (another genre that needs to die), but really, if you've seen one movie of this genre, you've seen them all.

lol, just in the Giallo genre there are at least 30 movies better than that shit.

That without talking about Carpenter, Romero, Tourneur, Browning, Corman or even the Hammer filmography among others, and without mention masterpieces like Murnau's Nosferatu
