Just finished watching Sushi girl with Mark Hamill. Straaaange borderline Grindhouse fare, but entertaining stuff. It's almost like a more violent Reservoir Dogs, but has it's own distinctive style. The actors in this do a fantastic job, especially Hamill.

Ah, you're right, I guess your mum sucked it out through my dick then. She likes juices that much.

Re: General Movie Discussion Part II

Just tried to watch Death Proof, can't do it. Movie is just too horrible. It's a shit stain on Quentin's career, unfortunately.

Re: General Movie Discussion Part II

Blah, is the best movie he has ever done.

You want a great plot/story or something like that? look in other place.

The movie is about a style and about the car chases, and is awesome. So much subtle things in there. Like the contrast in the way he films the 2 group of girls across the table conversations

No, no, no, don't do another Kill Bill. Gah. If he's going to revisit any of his characters, revisit Vincent or Vic Vega.

I need to see Death Proof I guess. asdf I think you're the only person I've encountered save one other that thinks that movie is good.

I wouldn't call it a great movie by any stretch. It's made on a small budget, and sometimes the dialogue can be cringeworthy. Wouldn't say it's exactly original ether, since it takes so much from Reservoir Dogs.

It is very suspenseful and entertaining if you can stomach the occational gory scenes. It's clear that everyone involved had fun doing this, and couldn't help but smile at Tony Todd and Mark Hamill's quirky performances (Mark almost channels his Joker character at times)
