I don't think you'll be too crazy about Django Unchained then. It's pretty much Basterds in the antebellum South.

The pointless dialogue is the central factor in the bar scene, so probably is just a style disdain.

And i believe almost all the work of Tarantino is better than Pulp Fiction, wich is a great movie but highly overrated, he was still finding his real style by then, so for moments there are too much conscience references. Same can be said about Reservoir dogs

I figured as much.

Nah I think my problem with Basterds was there was so much fucking hype for the movie and I only thought it was okay.

Couldn't disagree more.

In fact the only argument I couldn't agree with less is if you said Green Bay Packers fans were sensible and generally attractive people.
Probably because the Lizard sucked.

But yea I liked TASM. Garfield does Spidey better, but I feel Tobey does Peter Parker better.

I thought Django was a lot better than Basterds personally. Nowhere near as much reliance on dialogue, it's more about being entertaining which imo it succeeded at. So much fun. It's also probably his most visually great movie. I'd say it's easily his best since Pulp Fiction. I love all of his movies though, so that tells you how much I liked it. It's still clearly a Tarantino movie, there's no escaping that, but I go to watch his movies expecting his movies and that's what I get, and I love it. It isn't going to change anyone's mind on him as a director.

Thought so. Keep with it, you're doing well, but it is hard to decipher what you're posting at rare times.
