I just watched 'Compliance' and have to say, I want to kill someone right now. It was so frustrating to watch that movie, seeing all the people act like 100%, the dumbest fucking people ever. No one in the world, not even a fucking tree, would be that dumb. It is the most unbelievable movie ever made in the history of mankind. Therefore it is in the worst 5 movies ever made in history.
It's a true story isn't it? pretty sure it is and people actually did act like that in that situation. Haven't seen it btw, just saying.

Nah it is based on a true story. I remember in 08-09 or around that time it was big. There was the actual footage circulating around as well. You can read up in articles, that shit actually went down like in the film. I believe the husband turned himself into the cops after that, and the restaurant manager sued someone and got money out of it. She got away really light with it, and she's probably the biggest moron in the whole situation. You wonder why the people in the film did what they did, but its true.
I totally understand how you feel about Compliance Skyfall. Felt the same way myself right after watching it. It sticks pretty closely to the true story. I was surprised that people can fall for something so silly too, but there have been a lot of cases like that around the country, nothing as extreme as the one shown on the movie tho.
