Just one or two and rest is boring fuck that then. I was kinda hoping for non stop hilarity and awesomeness that was Drive Angry or In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale. Lightning needs to start striking more imo.

NIC CAGE movies. I didn't like any of the ones listed.

In the Name of the King's best part was their soundtrack.

So watched two anticipated flicks from this year: The Hunger Games & Prometheus.

Hunger Games was...weird. Not so much the movie, but the flow of it. Something was off. Not bad. About the best way to describe my opinion on it. I can't see how anyone could love it, personally. Like it for a watch? Sure. Love it? I don't see it. The hate I've heard about it being "boring" is justified too. I can understand a mindset like that. It was slow. I probably will never watch it again. Worth one watch at least.

Prometheus was great. I was engaged from the start. All the talk of it being a prequel to the Alien franchise was always lingering in the back of my mind. Was on the look out for any hints. First kill scene was pretty similar. All in all it was well worth seeing. Fans of the franchise or Sci-Fi should give it a chance if they haven't. Much like a lot of movies this year, the ending (or climax in some cases) was the best part here. Might be a redundant statement, but I don't think that counts for EVERY movie there has ever been. Idris Elba is a hero. What a MAN. And for those curious...

Yeah, same. I think the backlash against it were by people who are too sensitive about their religion.

Only reason I can piece together. As unusual or petty as it may sound.

Or those who need consistent characters and a better execution of a possibly great story.

Why are the 2 guys playing with the space snake? What did David say to the alien? How does a woman run a marathon after abdominal surgery? Why does Theron have a male medical pod to begin with? WHY RUN IN.A STRAIGHT MOTHERFUCKING LINE?

I'm sure David said exactly what his boss told him to say. Alien was gonna kill them regardless so he went after them.

Running in a straight line was bad. But, I think in a sense of panic when something is gonna fall on you, you simply run without thinking too much.

The abdominal thing showed she was wincing in pain the whole time. Hardly able to run from anesthetics too. It's the future. They stapled her up immensely. Perhaps those staples were more ADVANCED or some crap.

Male medical pod? Don't have a thought on that. Only that there were 12 created in the world and she probably purchase the first one she found. Regardless if it was for a male.

I don't nit pick with pointless stuff like that. Only one I could question was what David said to the alien. But I'm confident my perception of it was the intended purpose. I thought about it like that. I can't be the only person.
