Re: General Movie Discussion Part II

I'd agree with Bubz list other than I haven't seen Death Proof.

I just live that way.

Re: General Movie Discussion Part II

Here's the real list.

Pulp Fiction
Reservoir Dogs
Jackie Brown
Inglorious Basterds
Kill Bill vol 1

Everything else sucks.

Kill Bill Vol 2 doesn't need to crapped on. It's good. The cruel teaching of Pai Mai, imo.

To spread some JOY~! in my life I watched Jingle All The Way atm. Still holds up as my favorite Christmas/Holiday flick.

Re: General Movie Discussion Part II

I didn't care about anything that happened in Kill Bill vol 2. Some are the same way with Jackie Brown so it's ok. But yeah maybe I shouldn't group it with Deathproof. It is better than that.

Basterds and Pulp Fiction have the most tense moments he's ever put to film. Reservoir Dogs is just greatness from beginning to end even if he copied other films. I mean that's kinda his schtick. Mashup other movies and put his own spin and style to it.

Re: General Movie Discussion Part II

Yeah the level of quality between Kill Bill 1 & 2 is pretty amazing.

found this reading back. I missed it.

How many pieces should I cut you into with my green light saber? If you try to make the jump, your legs are coming off for sure. I have the higher ground.

I'd just use the dark side of the Force to lift a bubble or magma and drop it on your head. I am the chosen one after all.

I loved the depth of the story. Vol 1 was only really between why she was out for revenge and dealing with O-Ren. Vol 2 showed how much more there was to it.

I wonder if I'm the only guy out there who liked Death Proof. No b/c of Mary Elizabeth Winstead either. It was solid up until the baffling ending.

You don't even realize if you strike me down I will become more powerful than you can possibly imagine.

I really shouldn't underestimate your POWERS though.
