Burn After Reading wasn't funny or entertaining. I was really let down by that movie because I love black comedy and the cast rocked and didn't enjoy it at all.

First scene gave me goosebumps when I first watched it. It might be my personal favorite scene of dialogue I've ever seen.

Overrated, bah. I don't see it. I'm one of it's biggest advocates. At least you dug Waltz. He was the highlight. I'll probably watch this right now as I head for bed.

Seen Jackie Brown the least. That's what I can say accounts for it at the bottom. I'll be alone on ranking Pulp Fiction in the latter half. All of his films rock imo (I know Death Proof got crapped on though) So the list is purely on a personal basis instead of "these were good & rest suck" kind of mentality. I have to own them all. Followed by a cram session then one more final ranking. Although I know my top pick(s) won't change. Kill Bill & Basterds = <3

The Cynical Miracle

Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction Kill Bill Vol1+2 and Inglorious Basterds are all movies I love.

Jackie Brown is good, not great.

Death Proof kinda sucks.

Really don't rate death Proof at all, much preferred Planet Terror as far as the Grind-house movies go. Only Tarantino film I don't like. Watched Kill Bill Vol 1 again a few weeks ago and it's brilliant. The changes of genre throughout and as a tribute to cinema in general it's so well done.

Planet Terror to Death Proof comparison isn't even fair. That's coming from a guy who actually didn't mind Death Proof.

Planet Terror was perfect for capturing the Grindhouse style. The double feature wasn't even needed after that one finished.
