Tom Hardy is a fucking asshole in Warrior. Am I supposed to like his character?

Nolte and Edgerton are the best parts of this movie.

Raging Bull sucked. come at me.

Warrior was much better, as was fighter, as was any boxing movie. (Rocky being my favorite movie in general).

Watched Teeth the other night. Taking the concept out, it is a poorly acted, horrible written and terribly directed bag of poo. Add the concept and it still sucked.

Also watched 12 angry men. Good film but I don't understand why it's considered a classic. I think thats because its message may have been more impactful then then it is now.

12 Angry Men is just as brilliant today as it ever was.

Yeah Hardy is a bit of a bastard in Warrior at first, you definitely start to like the character more as it goes on.

Also, on the subject of Von Trier...I've seen Antichrist and Dogville and I hated both of them equally. Heard great stuff about Melancholia though, probably give it a watch.

Suck it Pretentious bastard. I never took a liking to Hardy's character in that movie even though what he was trying to do for his friends family was nice. I didn't love Warrior, it didn't really live up to the hype it had been given by most i've spoken too who have seen it but it was like 7/10 good. I did think Nolte and Edgerton were good in their respective roles. Raging Bull was better. Rocky 1 is definitely better.

This week I'm re-watching my five favorite movies of all time, and after The Big Lebowski and Heartbreak Ridge, it's BLUE VELVET time today, baby! Boy, oh boy, this giant gets bigger every time I watch him. Suave fucker Ben > everyone else.
