Those movies just compete with one another on how realistic they can make sticking a 2 by 4 into a vagina look.

Isn't A Serbian Film is that movie where they show a man raping a baby? That right there is very disturbing.

Re: Most disturbing movie you've seen?
Eh, Salo wasn't that disturbing to me nor did I find it that great of a film neither. Human Centipede wasn't even that bad in terms of it being disturbing, it's a pretty bad film though.
Cannibal Holocaust, Pink Flamingos (not that great of a movie), Guinea Pig Flower of Flesh and Blood were pretty disturbing to me.

Cannibal Holocaust, Antichrist yes.
I Saw The Devil made me just sit in my room replaying the film over in my head. Brutal and beautiful at same time.

Dude....YES! Fuck that movie, my mom rented it for me by accident in the eighth grade and I almost cried. Fuck John Waters straight up, that guy sucks and should not be allowed to make movies. Ugh.....Divine, jesus christ Im still scared.
As for my most disturbing movies:
1. Pink Flamingos (Fuck that movie!)
2. Rambo 4 (way too much violence)
3. Oldboy
4. Happiness (Todd Solondz, no explanation needed)

THIS
A friend of mine was telling me this was the most fucked up film he's ever seen, so obviously I had to see it. There were a few scenes when I wanted to puke at how disturbing it was.

Re: Most disturbing movie you've seen?
Yeah Martyrs is pretty extreme. Still doesn't touch the atmosphere of Snowtown though for me, despite how messed up it is, but that's not what really disturbes me even though it's pretty WTF WAS THAT I JUST WATCHED! There's a difference between being disturbed and being shocked. Irreversible is disturbing, because while Martyrs is really fucking violent, it's kind of unrealistic at the same time, but Irreversible (the fire extinguisher scene) is very realistic in it's portrayal. I also don't think Martyrs is that good of a film, but Irreversible is imo.
