The Cinema Snob is a reviewer that does nothing but really bad 70's, 80's, and 90's exploitation films. He does everything from like B level horror movies to obscure porno's that are can be described as disturbing.

Saw and Hostel were sort of bad. I saw a trailer for a Japanese movie called Grotesque, looked pretty awful

That would be Irreversible, great movie, Baise Moi as mentioned is also good stuff.
Most recent disturbing film that comes to mind is Martyrs, man thats heavy goin, havent seen a Serbian Movie yet, not sure I want to.
Also worth a mention is Boys Dont Cry for the horrific rape scene, which I stupidly saw in the cinema on a first date! suffice to say I got no action that night.
also Bad Boy Bubby is fuckin legendary!!

Freaks easily. The scene were there dancing and singing that she's gonna be one of them is disturbing beyond belief.
The War Zone deserves a mention also

Re: Most disturbing movie you've seen?
Films like Hostel and Saw are just disgusting but I know it's fake so it's cool. I could never watch Cannibal Holocaust though, it infuriates me now end.
The movies I've watched that have stayed with me are;
City of God. I was only about 16 when I watched it and it shocked me no end.
Either I spit on your grave or Last House on the Left. Whichever one where they kidnap the 2 girls. The original version, I don't know why it stayed with me.
I recently watched a film called Cold Fish. It's Japanese and about a serial killer and a guy who is forced into helping him. I think the fact it was subtitled and took me a few tries to watch it made it stick with me.
Also, Alive = The story of the italian rugby team plane crash has always disturbed me for the true story of it all.

Re: Most disturbing movie you've seen?
The most vile movie I have watched is August Underground's Mordum. Just imagine A Serbian Film, Salo and all the others mentioned in this thread put together, and then you'll get August Underground. FYI, do not watch, because as weird as this may sound, it's also one of the worst movies I've seen. lol.
Men Behind the Sun is another disgusting piece of shit that I watched, just cos I was curios to find something absolutely disgusting. What else is out there... Guinea Pig series, Nekromantik, Aftermath. All terrible, though.
Anyways, I think I've mentioned before that the most disturbing movie I've seen is Happiness, and I still maintain that. It doesn't have much gore or rape scenes or whatever in it, but if you are looking for something truly disturbing then watch this.
Another one out there, is In the Realm of the Senses, which is one I've just recently watched. Japanese movie about two lovers obsessed with making love to each other ALL THE TIME. It's based on a true story, and if you don't get creeped out by the lead female, then you're not human.
