Haven't seen a lot of the aformentioned films, but two movies that genuinely made me feel uncomfortable are The Passion of the Christ (that was hard to sit through, people were leaving the theatre during it), and Requiem for a Dream.
Requiem made me depressed as fuck after I watched it
Years ago "Pink Floyd--The Wall" disturbed me. I was able to get through the scary masks and the kids getting squished during "Another Brick in the Wall Part 2" but then Pink leaned his hand on a piece of broken glass I'd had enough by then and didn't finish the movie. Funny because a few years later Pink Floyd became one of my favorite bands
EDIT: just read the whole thread and my movie is pretty lame in comparison

I'm normally alright with gross stuff, but Wolf Creek really fucked me up for some reason. I had to keep looking away, and even left the room at one point. It was well embarrassing, but I just couldn't sit through it. It was just horrible. For some reason it really got to me. Maybe because it's based on a true story.
