Re: Most disturbing movie you've seen?
One Missed Call 1 and 2: I admit it, I have a bit of a phone phobia, I don't like using them. So imagine what movies about phones being the catalyst to your death do to somebody like me.
Ichi the Killer: not exactly a great movie or anything of the sort, it's really more the "wait... Hang on... What the f-!?" aspect of things, like the tongue cutting scene, or Ichi and Karen scene. Actually, generally speaking, the entire film was wtf festival.
Neon Genesis Evangelion movie: End of Eva: or as I call it, "let's mentally fuck up Shinji Ikari a billion times more than a normal human being could handle!" seriously, if the hospital scene wasn't messed up enough, they somehow make it even more disturbing as the movie continues! Any innocence I held on anime was lost when I saw this movie.

This would be my pick for both most disturbing and silliest movie ever. The way he kills that one guy had me laughing for days after.

Haven't seen a lot of the aformentioned films, but two movies that genuinely made me feel uncomfortable are The Passion of the Christ (that was hard to sit through, people were leaving the theatre during it), and Requiem for a Dream.

Just saw Salo on YouTube, it's just one big gay porn, less horrible than I thought.

Re: Most disturbing movie you've seen?
I can't recall the name of this one, but I wish I could. Film was about a Japanese girl with a flesh eating virus. They would film her everyday as she literally rotted away. Shit was incredibly disgusting yet fascinating. I used to get all my stuff at a website called, "coppfilms.com", I think they shut down though.

Netflix, rental, download. Most foreign movie torrent downloads have subtitle files included.

Most disturbing?
A Serbian Film.
As of now, will report back when I've seen worst. Not likely though.
