I would like to congratulate Daniel Craig on making his first actual James Bond film.
I thought it was pretty good, my only real quibble with it is that I'm pretty sure that everybody gets that it's an old series.
There's no need to make anymore films filled with nods to the past (I'm pretty sure that Skyfall had at least one nod to every single previous Bond film).
...actually two quibbles. I go to these films expecting that they're going to have him sleeping with every age appropriate woman but him almost falling to his death in one scene and then sleeping with some random woman the next, was a bit too ridiculous.
Location: highway jammed with broken heroes on a last chance power drive
Re: This November, Skyfall is coming.
Too rediculous that he can't have sex with a women after a few months after his injury. Not with Bond-level libido mister.
And GTFO with the "Craig's first Bond movie" bullshit. Casino Royale was awesome, QoS was, well only okay at best but still better than some of the campy Bonds in the past. don't hate because the Craig bond flicks are darker and grittier than the classics.
The shadow-y fight scene bothered me a bit, but I couldn't put my finger on why until recently. It reminded me of the Neo/Smith fight in Matrix 3. Unfair or not, that's what it made me think of, and it gave me a sad.
Call Kenny Loggins. Cause you're in the Danger Zone.
