After watching the end of the first half of the season again I'm pretty sure this next half will focus on Walt handling the Hank situation (I think that's why he offered to pay for his rehabilitation so that he would have leverage over him should something like this happen) and dealing with "getting out" if you will. There is still all that methylamine that they haven't used to cook with so maybe there could be a conflict with Todd maybe.

But as Shawn Morrison said, I think Jesse will play a big part in the way Walt handles the next step. Whether he is lying to Skylar and wants to continue cooking to build an empire with Jesse and Skylar teaming up to bring him back down or Jesse will be of big assistance to Walt when he inevitably has to go on the run. Soooo many ways they can do this (and it's hard to believe they've only got 8 episodes to do it in).

Don't think Walt thought that far ahead about the therapy bills for Hank since Skylar blindsided him by offering the money to Marie. But it is definitely a point he can bring up to control Hank. Don't think Hank is going to back down over threats tho and I can see him just going after Walt's operation even without the DEA's backup. He has been hunting Heisenberg since the very first season. Doubt if he will be able to put the cuffs on Walt, after that conversation they had about The French Connection back in season 4.
