Don't think Walt thought that far ahead about the therapy bills for Hank since Skylar blindsided him by offering the money to Marie. But it is definitely a point he can bring up to control Hank. Don't think Hank is going to back down over threats tho and I can see him just going after Walt's operation even without the DEA's backup. He has been hunting Heisenberg since the very first season. Doubt if he will be able to put the cuffs on Walt, after that conversation they had about The French Connection back in season 4.
