I'll take Gus dying. We still got Mike healing down in Mexico and Saul is still around. That's enough entertainment to cover Gus going. So hopefully a bit more focus on those two is in order.

Mike will convince Jesse that Walt poisoned Brock. I figure Jesse suspects but doesnt know for sure. Soon it will be Hank on one side and Jesse & Mike on the other. Its either jail or death for Walt. I vote for death.

Don't forget about Hank either. Once he finds out that laundry place was burned down, Gus is dead, etc, he'll go full bore to find out more.

re: Breaking Bad Thread (NO SPOILERS OUTSIDE OF THIS THREAD. INCLUDING SIGS & CHATBOX.)

Have to agree that Gus' ending really was just terrible. Him dying to Hector and Walt, fantastic, but that tie, half-skull thing? Terrible. Really want to know what the fuck they were thinking.

I would probably put season 4 just below season 3 in the pecking order. Season 4 felt like it had a bit of a pacing issue, outside of the Gus, Jesse, Mike scenes, the show felt like it dragged too much for my likening. However, the scenes of Gus, Jesse, Mike and the Cartel were fantastic. Also disliked how they started to move away from Saul as an almost regular. Hes a very enjoyable, entertaining character imo in what is a very dark series.

Gus' death was campy, which is what they were going for. I liked it cuz I didnt expect it, which is part of this shows forte anyway, so it fits.

i thought season 4 was far better, actually. i had problems with the initial episodes of s3 - i thought the mexican twins (as a catalyst) took a little long and were sorta a waste of the amount of screen time. i do agree more saul would be awesome though.

but yeah, 4 > 2 > 3 (can't compare 1 was only 7 eps) for me.

re: Breaking Bad Thread (NO SPOILERS OUTSIDE OF THIS THREAD. INCLUDING SIGS & CHATBOX.)

Another five star season from BB. Anyway thought I'd keep this going with some round the board questions. Namely what is your favourite s**t from the series thus far.

Character?

Walter for the most amazingly realised transformation I have ever seen from a tv protagonist. I would say that I prefer Jesse and Hank though in regards to enjoying their company.

Season?

3 - loved the first half with Walt being kicked out of his home and the whole deal with the twins and then an awesome second half documenting the growing power struggle between Walt and Gus.

Episode?

One Minute - Flawless character driven tension. Though you could say the same for every episode.

Moment?

Skyler seeing through Walt's telephone lie at the hospital. Small but incredibly powerful scene.

Humour?

Either "Gatorade me b****h" or "Helicopter b****h"

Very interested in others faves.
