re: Breaking Bad Thread (NO SPOILERS OUTSIDE OF THIS THREAD. INCLUDING SIGS & CHATBOX.)
Finally caught up on this season and it's been every bit as good as I wanted it to be. For some reason I thought episode 5 was the end before the break but thankfully I was wrong. Last episode with the Train robbery was incredible, peaking with the conclusion. Hope they spend enough time focusing on the correlation between that and Gus and Walt's declining morals.
Syler, Walt Jr. and Marie still need to fuck off. At least this season they've added more depth to Skyler's character and give me more of a reason to at least care about where they go with her but she's suck a dislikeable person incapable of drawing any sympathy. Not sure if that's the aim though. Still think her or Walt Jr. will go out at the mid season break finale. Probably Skylar with Walt having the chance to stop her but declining. Still thinking it's going to end with Walt realising all his wrong doings when he's forced to "dissapear" and the gun will symbolise him trying to put his wrongs right. Don't think Skylar dying because of his actions would lead to that but I guess Jesse or Walt Jr. dying would so I think they'll save one of them dying for the last few episodes. Jesse's probably gonna find out about Brock in the mid season finale too. No idea if Hank will even find out about Heisenberg. Almost feels like they've got too much stuff going on to wrap up in just one season.
Loved the 51st birthday breakfast after the start of the season. Kinda what I'm basing him realising what he's become on after he loses something that really matters to him.
