Unfortunately, her coming of age 'journey' is not very interesting as of late.

Isn't the whole "go back to go forward, west to go east, south to go north" likely just a foreshadowing way of Martin probably telling us this planet is a sphere, so Dany can wind up in the beyond the wall parts if she sails from the southern most part of where she currently is?

I guess there's a metaphor there too though for her life or whatever. But I always read the whole west to go east, south to go north thing as just that. The planet is a sphere.

Tyrion's chapters were worse than Dany's. Both characters kinda seem to have their shit together by the end though, so yeah we'll see how it goes from here...

I agree Tyrion's chapters were a bit boring, and he isn't my favorite character by a long shot, but at least I could enjoy his chapters ironically with that female dwarf and shit everywhere.
