Re: Game of Thrones

The thing is, and this isn't a spoiler there's still some fairly important characters that haven't even been introduced yet, so I'm interested in seeing how they juggle such a big cast and if they can do it effectively.

Re: Game of Thrones

I haven't read the books so I am, obviously, going to stay away from the book/spoiler section. But from what I have heard of the books and what the first episode delivered I am very, very optimistic about the show.

Not to mention I love the casting; Sean Bean epitomizes that type of role; The on-location shots and sets are amazing; the wardrobe is spot on; and the acting was phenomenal.

Re: Game of Thrones

I guess everyone is still fapping over this episode...

I can already tell that this show is going to piss me off far more than it's going to please me.

And I don't know if I can take a weekly Malfoy.... It's hard enough to put up with that type of character once a year at the movies.

Re: Game of Thrones

Great episode this week. Loved the blood, I wanted to put my foot up that Brat-Prince' ass. I wanted to put my other foot up the older sisters' ass for lying and not protecting her little sister from the Brat-Prince. I wanted to slap that heifer something feirce.

P.S. Am I the only one who finds it weird that every sex scene is doggy-style?

Re: Game of Thrones

Dany mounted Drogo, so not every sex scene is doggy style.

Joffrey is such a fucking punk. Welcome everyone to the hatewagon of this despicable piece of shit.

Don't fuck with Bran is what I learned from this episode. You'll wind up with all your blood on the floor as Summer totally fucks you up. (Summer is Bran's direwolf)

Ripped ol' boy's throat out. I loved it.

Also, the dwarf steals every scene he's in. What a great character. I also like the bastard.

Re: Game of Thrones

Yeah I could see the confusion with names here for sure. So many characters. Just wait...there's more on the way.

Re: Game of Thrones

I'm on season 3 of Sons of Anarchy and I still have to sit and think hard to remember their names.. and their names are, "normal" to me.

These fantasy names are going to be quite the chore to remember. I'll probably end up writing them down so I don't sound like an idiot trying to describe something someone did.

Re: Game of Thrones

The books had a huge index that had all the Houses and members of each House. I had to study that shit to get all the characters down.
