The violence was fun but I thought at times it took away from some of the excellent, character driven drama. After a while a chopped off head or whatever lost its impact because you just became numb to it. Definitely a shame about Whitfield as he was doing a very good job in the lead role.

Earlier in the year when I was in the US they were running a few shows I catched a few eps of and liked. Dark Blue and Covert Affairs. Hoping to catch up on them the next few days, anyone else seen them and what they thought of the rest of their seasons?
