The first season is good, and the first 10 episodes of the second are very good imo. The third season was lackluster, but I enjoy the over the top lulzfest and I have man crush on Eric Northman

Anybody watch Community? Wanted to start a new comedy, and I've narrowed it down to this.

Won't be too hard to catch up on either, since its short although it is 50 ep.'s in.

Community's one of the best shows on TV, and like you said there aren't too many episodes so it'll be easy to catch up. Great characters and writing I love the meta humor, plus having Alison Brie only makes it better.

Yeah watched the first two episodes and I really like it. Surprisingly Ken Jeong is bearable so far. I usually hate him, so hopefully he is good on the show. And Alison Brie is gorgeous. She might get me to eventually watch Mad Men.

Unfortunately Mad Men seems like a horribly long catch-up so I don't think I'll get to it anytime soon. I really should though, because I think the show is on break till sometime in 2012, so I should have plenty of time to catch up.

Its only something like 52 episodes at this time. You watched all 60 episodes of The Wire in 3 days, don't see why this would be a problem.

Yeah and the wire is way more complex of a show compared to mad men.
