The Borgias is meh. But I watch the preview to Game of Thrones today too, so that might have to do with me not being too crazy about it. I'm still on board with it as it could pick up now that Cesare is beginning his descent into wickedness.

I did like that Rodrigo was Pope for what seemed like a couple of days and he's already fucking some noble.

The Killing premiere was pretty good. has potential. i have faith in it because, uh, it's an AMC show and AMC fails me rarely.

still haven't checked out the the Borgias. will not be checking out Camelot, unless i hear it enters so bad its lulzy territory, cuz the previews just looked stupid, but not good stupid.

re: the killing.

i kinda cant get over how ugly the lead female detective is. i know theyre going for the natural look ... but cmon ... a little makeup wouldn't hurt.

Yeah, but its easier to believe, that she is a detective with that look, and its very close to the look for the character in the original Danish version.

It was a good start to the show, and since they have changed the killer from the Danish version, i will stay tuned.

- Two: One to change it, and another to complain that it's not like the lightbulbs from the Attitude Era.

The Killing has been good so far. AMC is having a good run with their shows. Haven't watched The Borgias yet. Will probably catch it this weekend.

I'm calling The Borgias a disappointment so far. What kind of assassin kills people with a garrote in front of tons of witnesses? Wouldn't some weapon that kills swifter be better? I get that point of killing in public, but the garrote doesn't seem like a wise weapon to use. Also being covered in mud to conceal yourself, then getting into a pool of water so it washes off is fucking retarded too.

Default General T.V./Series Discussion Thread

Seems like currently TV is all I watch now and I figure you guys would want a place where we can talk about new and old TV shows. I've been on Netflix like a addict with shows like Dexter, Sons of Anarchy and Party Down. Been following The Killing as well. So what are some shows you guys have been watching?

Please Discuss. Thank You.

Just having watched episode seven of season three of Sons of Anarchy and I can't ever remembering being so mad at a television show in my life.

That episode was so utterly idiotic that I may never watch another episode....

^ Really? I just started Season Two. I guess I'll need to wait until I get there. I felt like the series really picked up near the halfway point. It's great to see Katey Sagal in something that justifies her talents and Ron Perlman does an outstanding job. It's funny I had to do a double take to realize Charlie Hunnam was that English guy on "Undeclared". But he's perfect in the show too.

Is the show Justified worth a watch? I hear good things. .
