GoT needs to come out with a trailer soon. The Seven Devils trailer for season 2 might have been one of my favorite trailers of all time. I can't wait for the show to come back on.

New Modern Family was awful. One of the worst episodes.

Something's changed since series 4 started, i know it's got a few different writers and producers and it's completely changed the show for the worse.

2 episodes of PARKS this week? Oh my stars.

Spoiler for ramblings:
So the wedding episode was incredible, touching, funny and perfectly referenced the bond and unity of the main cast which is what makes for such a strong and consistent show.

Jerry pissing his pants when Donna alerted him to having organised a Lil' Sebastien lookalike. Play on in heaven you god damn beautiful little horse.

So does April just ask to adopt anyone she wishes? Because I could use a sister to protect and Andy Dwyer as a brother-in-law? Oh man.

Ron Swanson throws a better punch than Jerry Lawler. He however cannot hope to eclipse Dutch Mantell in rocking a better moustache. Conversely he suits Dreadlocks better than Rio Ferdinand ever did.

April's 'best wedding ever' when Jamm gets punched and Tom abandoning the ceremony because the dual stinkbomb was too overpowering were two of the best moments at the Gala, numero uno belongs to the Chris and Ben interaction which felt genuinly touching without forcing any emotion. The flashbacks during Ben and Leslie's vows were especially smart and very well used.

Ken Burns never wrote back to Leslie? Someone make a eunuch out of that deplorable man.

So much brilliant writing and presentation of the characters interacting with one another. Ron/Leslie, Andy/April, Chris/Andy/April and Jerry/Tom were all special in their own way. I particularly loved Andy's reaction to the tone of the Officer hinting he hadn't passed his Police Entrance Exam and the subsequent conversation with April just continued to amaze me how they could perform that scene immediately after fooling around in the station by mimicking a Detective and his boss quarreling.

Ron Swanson dancing. If only he was on Snake Juice he might have explored his repotoire better.

Chris' face after Leslie mentions her 70 page vows might be in her office. Just a sudden look of fear and despair when it sets in. You know it was good when Adam Scott doesn't have the best facial expression of an episode.

Ron's 'You don't have to drink yours' and Ben's grateful 'thank you' when he's poured a glass of Malt was subtle yet still one of the better moments in the episode.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Why did I expect anyone other than Jerry to be the one who appeared to lose his copy of Leslie's notes which led to a reporter allegedly stealing her speech? The cutaway to him standing in the corner and under Leslie's orders refusing dessert was hysterical.

Rob Lowe is really starting to surpass Adam Scott with the facial expressions. His look up of shock to the camera when Leslie referred to him and everyone as 'ugly nerds' was only bettered by his reaction to Perd professing 'doggie' to be his animal spirit.

Ron's joke about Government being effective and wisely using the taxpayers money proves he continues to be hilarious when slandering Government.

I want to start a foundation aimed at tackling the problem of women stealing men's undershirts. My thanks to Chris Traeger for bringing this to my attention.

'Clean Sheet Foundation' turning out to be legal representation to the KKK was such a smart joke.

"KNOPE GROPE IS LAST HOPE" was the best of the negative headlines Leslie referenced by The Pawnee Sun.

Andy's floundering self esteem leading to Ben offering him a position working alongside him for Charity was a nice way to have him move on from his Police dream. It makes sense that Andy's eager and kind spirit would lend itself to charity work and helping others, although Chris not following up on the smile he gave when he was informed Andy failed the police entrance procedure is a minor critique. Though his speech in the last episode to motivate Andy did cover some ground.

PERD HAPLEY. His reaction to everyone laughing at his expense 'it appears everybody is in fact now laughing' was sensational. Loved the way he excused himself from Ann and Chris' conversation when she brings up wanting Chris to be the sperm donor for her child.

Modern Family has been just okay this last month. baptism episode was hilarious though.

I'm not sure what my favorite part of Parks and Rec's second episode was. The whole gardening metaphor when Ann was in Ron's office had me rolling.

I love how understated the wedding episode of PARKS was. Almost a perfect metaphor for the show.

At this point it might be the strongest, most consistent comedy on TV. At least until CURB returns.

PARKS this week. Almost no words. <3

Intro to the second part/episode is up there with one of my favorites. Tom's reaction was outta sight.

Oh, and thanks Target.

Seabs I finished up Season 1 of Party Down yesterday. Big fan of the show. The main cast all work off of each other very well and there's a ton of depth and varied humour littered in each episode. Adam Scott & Lizzy Caplan have this great on screen chemistry that makes them feel genuinly interesting to watch in their relationship, rather than being an irritating distraction. Bit where Adam Scott has an interview in the credits was hysterical in building to the interviewer recognising him. The way he had to awkwardly say his line at the Sweet Sixteen party to the depressed girl was also excellent. Casey nuking Roman with the ball in the team building exercise was incredible.

Roman is a colossal douche but he brings this great Gervais esque cringe inducing humour where you know his strange and isolated personality is going to land him in a really awkward situation, such as in the season finale where he corners George Takei & when they cater for a porn star afterparty.

Kyle is also really hilarious and I really enjoyed the friendship he had with Constance. Bit in the episode where the guy who hosting the party is scamming investors and Kyle is hanging out with a guy who proceeds to humiliate Constance without her knowing leading to him feigning an excuse to not meet up with him and instead catch a drink with her was really nice. They were a great little side duo who enjoyed each others company and played off one another in hilarious fashion.

Constance will be missed. Just loved her bizarre and nonsensical rambling and outlook she had on life. The J.K Simmons episode with the Sweet Sixteen party was my second favourite episode of the Season and most of it was due to Jane Lynch and the way she was speaking to the teenager about popularity and rejoicing when she ditches her friends for the popular folk. Jennifer Coolidge hasn't really impressed me yet, though I concede she'd do well to make a presence in 2 episodes when people were conditioned to Jane Lynch's character.

Ron is probably my favourite on the show. He's a good guy just trying to become a success and is laboured with staff who are really inept and his constant hints at a breakdown are always a treat. Bit where he stood up to the con man thinking it was the prop gun he was being threatened with and then panicking into a pathetic mess when he realises its a real gun was amazing. He was also superb in the porn star afterparty when a producer offers him work and he has to strip in front of them for an impromptu photoshoot. Can't forget his 'jiggers' outburst and in the first episode when the teenager thinks he's masturbating in her bathroom.

Ricky Sargulesh episode was my favourite.

Excited for Season 2 already. Will probably blitz through a lot of it today alongside the All Japan tag.
