Re: TV SHOW discussion thread (NO FUCKING SPOILERS please)

I was really concerned when I heard Homeland was going to have a second season in the first place. Kinda should have just been a Mini-Series. It would be hard to keep a show like that up. Only so much you can do with a plot like that.

Rarity at 10:56 - "Wherever did you come up with that ingeniously woven, intricate plotline?"

The irony of that statement when bringing up the context of this episode is so thick you could use in a deep fryer. The entire story ark of this one could essentially be solved by AJ telling Spike "It is my command to you to learn how to properly clean, bake or do any form of action that doesn't result in a mini-apocalypse.".

I love the show, but its sense of continuity worries me on occasion.

I worry about the continuity aspect too Froot. Spike not being able to bake cracked me up.

This Battlestar thingy has arrived on my streaming service. Seems like a nerd's wet dream to be honest but maybe if a couple of people on here can reccomend it I might give it a chance....

WATCH IT HENRY .

People need to understand that this isn't just some show about spaceships and robots.

I've got to get through The Shield first. Then I'll give the space geeks a whirl.

Your impression of this show is wrong. It takes place in space and there are robots. Thats about as sci fi as it gets.

I have no impression, just trying to wind you both up. I'm actually really looking forward to getting round to watching it.

Downloading: A young doctors notebook

I've heard it's pretty good, it's a comedy, the main guys being Jon Hamm and Daniel Radcliffe, airing on Sky Arts in the UK, I don't know what's happening with rights in the US, it started pretty recently here though, gonna' see if I like it.
