Also I indirectly came across a huge spoiler which gutted me (in case anyone doesn't want to be spoiled I'll keep it vague, but you'll probably know what I mean regarding Bullock and William) because its already in my mind as a landmark scene and I'm gutted I'm going to be able to spot it before it happens.

Watched the first episode of the second season of Spartacus.

I really do not like the new actor portraying Spartacus. Whitfield was way better. Shame.

I thought McIntyre did a decent job, but he's obviously filling pretty big shoes. Whitfield was the perfect Spartacus (next to Kirk Douglas). It'll definitely take some getting used to.

Good episode to start out the season though. Oenomaus keeps getting more and more bad ass.

That Spartacus show looked so fucking stupid (like WWE Films level bad) from the trailers but everyone i've spoke too whos seen it says its good. Might have to watch it soon.

It does look quite dumb at first glance, but it's actually got a really strong cast of characters and a pretty decent plot. It's worth watching just for John "golden god" Hannah. Plus Lucy Lawless is almost always without clothes. That's just plain ol' good TV.

Just started Rome. Pretty pretty good so far.
